I am your average teenage girl who happens to enjoy reading quite a lot. The thing is I tend to veer towards reading Young Adult books about romance and reality and vampires and princes. You get the gist. So for a little while I have been reviewing Young Adult books about such things here and that's fine, however...

I've always wanted and been told to read more classics, books that everybody else has labelled as genius and books so amazing they have survived the harsh reality of time. Shakespeare. Dickens. Jane Austen. All these supposedly fantastic authors who have shaped literature today. So, I'm going to read them.

I'm going to read books that have already been 'discovered' by many a people as mind blowing and I'm going to rediscover them to see what it is about them that makes them so special.. hence the title 'REDISCOVERING THE CLASSICS'.

So, feel free to read my opinions on these novels, I won't like them all but I must like a few, they are classics after all. :)
